Yuliya is the executive director of KazCham and a partner of a leading Kazakhstan law firm – Linkage & Mind. She is based in New York.
Prior to this position she was a tax and legal consultant in the Big4 (Germany and Kazakhstan) and a lawyer in USAID (Kyrgyzstan). She gained extensive experience in tax and legal due diligence and tax audits, and worked closely with clients in O&G, tobacco, communication, and energy industries.
Yuliya received her summa cum laude B.A. in Business Law at the American University and earned her Master’s in Law and Finance from Frankfurt University.
